Rowin has had extensive career experience as a senior level manager within the world’s largest faith based humanitarian and emergency relief and development organization. Rowin has raised multi-millions of dollars for the ongoing work and ministry being done in the developing world.

Bob Morgan:
Bob Morgan has 25 years of experience in the Retail and Wholesale Food Industry as a Vice President of Sales for a Multi-Billion Dollar Corporation. Bob has also served as the Chairman and CEO of a Regional Chain in the Western United States. Most recently he directs the Sales Initiative and Sales Team for what has become the largest installer of high end roofing products in the U.S.

Steve Brehm:
Steve Brehm, an original founding partner of Equal World Coffee, is a Minneapolis, MN entrepreneur. He is the President and Owner of Berry Coffee Company; a thirty-year-old business that prides itself on superior products and customer satisfaction. It is the largest supplier of its kind in the Minnesota as well as outlying regions of surrounding states.

Ward Brehm:
Ward Brehm, an original founding partner of Equal World Coffee, is a leader in African humanitarian efforts and a nationally-known public speaker and commentator on the developing world.

David Knibbe:
David Knibbe joined Opportunity International in 2008 as Sr. Vice President of Resource Development. Prior to that he served World Vision as Vice President of Advancement
Before joining the front lines of World Vision, David served for more than 20 years for Herman Miller Inc. His experience includes serving as Corporate Officer and Executive Vice President for a Fortune 1000 public company and leading the North American Sales team to over 2 billion in sales.
- David holds a BA degree from Calvin College and has completed advanced training at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Executive Education and Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
W. P. “Buz” Barlow Jr. JD:
Buz Barlow is Chairman of the Board for Open Range Global Advisors, LLC and Jabez Capital/Ventures, LLC based in Dallas and with affiliate offices in London, Zurich and Athens.
- Extensive experience as a trial lawyer coupled with particular expertise in the capitalization of start-ups and capture of emerging markets.
- Accomplished platform speaker who has traveled throughout Africa, Central and South America.
- Formerly served as Special Counsel to both Dr. Robert Schuller, Founding Pastor of the Crystal Cathedral Ministries and Hour of Power international television program and two presidents of World Vision United States.
- Has been honored for his gifts of time, talent and treasure by organizations as diverse as Special Olympics, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the American Indian Science and Engineering Society.
